Panasonic Avionics Corporation is headquartered in Lake Forest, California, with offices in Washington; regional centers in Dallas, Dubai, London, Singapore, Sydney, Tokyo and Toulouse; system production facilities in Osaka; as well as field service, maintenance and sales facilities worldwide. As part of our expansion plan, we are currently looking for a qualified candidate to fill the following position:

Base Manager, Maintenance Services
Description:

1. Manage the every day running of the Maintenance Services department in Jakarta and Bali
2. Ensure that the contracted aircraft maintenance company complies with the terms of the contract and provides the quality of service agreed
3. Monitor the Repair Shop to ensure repairs are completed in the time allocated in the contract.
4. Ensure that the organization successfully completes audits necessary to perform the services required by the contract
5. Responsible for ensuring that the department complies with the terms of the Liaison Procedures manual
6. Manage tools and equipment to ensure they are in a serviceable condition and service the needs for the everyday running of the stations.
7. Supervise a team of engineers/ inventory coordinators

Requirement:

1. Relevant qualifications with supervisory/ management experience in aviation/ aerospace industry
2. Appropriate locally recognised aircraft licenses
3. Knowledge on IFE systems and aircraft maintenance is preferred
4. Good communication and written skills in English
5. Good MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook
6. Good planning and organization skills
7. Must pass airport driving requirements
