Head of Branch Development (code: HBD).
This role will monitor Area Branch Development Manager in carrying out roles and responsibilities.

• Having a strong leadership skill, dependable, ambitious, with 8-10 years of sales management experience particularly in managing life insurance sales team

Marketing Strategy Head (code: MSH).
This role will run, monitor and evaluate strategic marketing initiative and project actions in boosting sales volume.

* Having a strong managerial and inter-personal skills, good leadership, self-motivated and having 5 years of related experience in consumer goods or financial institution

Market in Branding Manager (code: MBM).
This role will responsible for building and maintaining, corporate brand image.

* Having strong managerial and inter-personal skills, good leadership, self-motivated and having 3 years of related experience in consumer goods or financial institution

Agency Recruitment Manager (code: ARM).
This role will manage agency recruitment.

* Having a good communication skill, independent and having 5 years of experience in agency recruitment, preferably having sales life insurance experience

Regional Administration Coordinator, (code: RAC).
This role will manage marketing office operation support function under his/her area.

* Comfortable in working independently, willing to travel, having a managerial role with 2-3 years of experience in operations support particularly in life insurance operations

Syariah Relationship Manager (code: SRM).
This role will develop Manulife Sharia business, building relationship and supporting sales in achieving target.

* Having strong inter-personal and influencing skill, dependable, with 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development and relationship manager experience in Sharia business

Management Training Manager (code: MTM).
This role will manage al I Management Training program for agency.

* Having a good communication skill, strong inter-personal skill, well-organized with 3-6 years of experience as a trainer

Branch Development Manager (code: BDM).
This role will manage sales target under his/her area, providing development program to agents. This vacancy is available for Jakarta, Pekanbaru, Medan and Makassar.

* Having strong inter-personal and communication skills with 3-5 years of experience in managing sales target in financial industry, preferably having an experience as a trainer

Trainer – Management Development (code: TR).
This role will provide training and coaching program for agents.

* Having a good communication and presentation skill with 2-4 years of experience as a trainer

Relationship Manager for Partnership Business (RMPB).
This role will provide coaching and mentoring to Bank Staff in order to achieve sales target and maintain a strong relationship with our Bank partner.

* Having a strong inter-personal skill, dependable, ambitious, sales management experience is required and previous bank relationship manager experience would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided; an attractive remuneration package is offered with reward for achieving target

Insurance Specialist (IS).
This role will assist bank staff in advising appropriate products to suit customers needs of our Bank partners and carries the responsibility of delivering a new business target.

* Comfortable dealing with people in professional environment, driven, self reliant, strong influencing skills, sales experience in a banking environment would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided; an attractive on target earnings is offered for delivering result
