Job Responsibilities:

• Understand client needs and requirements.
• Develop strong customer relationships to grow business.
• Source for new leads and opportunities to secure new Service-Contracts for the company.
• Employ a consultative selling approach to ensure success in achieving the sales revenue target.
• Identify and utilize communication channels to target end user organizations and decision makers.
• Professionally leverage & promote the value of the company, as well as Services/Solutions offered.
• Organize and conduct sales presentations, prepare and negotiate sales proposals to win the order.
• Collect market information for feedback to management.

Job Requirements:

• Energetic, proactive, resourceful and enthusiastically sales-drive spirit who can work independently.
• S1 Engineering background (preferably Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial) with minimum 2.75 GPA.
• Experience min. 2 years as Sales Engineer and have solid networks in HVAC, Pumps or Industrial equipments sectors, as well as Commercial Building and Pharmaceutical companies.
• Have Great Sales & Negotiation skills with also a strong interpersonal relationship skills is a must.
• Good Appearance, Good Attitude and Good Communication Skills is mandatory.
• Well experienced with Projects, Services and/or Total-Solutions type of Business.
• Having high sense of responsibility and capability to work under pressure.
• Possess an own vehicle and drivers license is a must.
• Able to work both in a team and independently.
• Solid computer skill and Fluent in English.
