HR Development Manager
Responsibilities:
* Assist line manager in managing organization design process including in administer and maintain job evaluation, job banding, job grading and job titling
* Administer performance management process, including objective setting, performance review and tracking of individual development plan
* Assist line manager in setting up career paths for succession planning and career development program
* Conduct Training Need Analysis based on data from Performance Management Process (Year End Review & Objective Setting)
* Produce Annual Training Agenda and conduct review on regular basis to ensure the implementation of development programs in each work unit
* Conduct review and reports on effectiveness of overall Development Programs
* Responsible for all training reports including training expenses, activities and man-hours record vs target
* Ensure the training database is updated in HRIS
* Setting up, up dating and delivering induction material for new hires and arrange the communication
* Communicate company’s certification program to increase the number of participants and company’s technical experts
* Assist line manager in developing and maintaining of HR policies to ensure the compliance of HR processes in line with regional office standard and ISO standard
* As main contact person in terms of organisation development and HR compliance issues for all employees
* Being involved in any HR project as assigned
* Ensure the safe custody & confidentiality of HR activities & other classified HR documents
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in HR Development area is required for this position
* Relevant experience in managing organisation design process, performance management, career development, training and development, recruitment, company policies and regulations, and any other HR Project
* Good command in English (oral and written)
* Good communication and persuation skills
* Able to work under pressure and time dead line
