We are well establishing Group Company having business interest in Heavy Equipment, Mining Contracting, Fabrication, and Financial Services. in line with our expansion plans and commitments for growth, we are now seeking to recruit high caliber, passionate, able to learn fast, and dynamic professionals for the following position:

Senior Recruitment

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for driving the recruitment
* Coordinate recruitment and selection process
* Assesses, interviews and refers qualified candidates to hiring managers throughout the organization
* Responsible for discovering and utilizing innovative recruitment and sourcing methods: add placement, phone contact, attending job fairs, internet sources and other creative recruiting methods
* Initiates, develops and maintains a variety of vendor partnerships and networks in order to increase company visibility and promote recruitment strategies
* Utilizes advertising, employee referrals and other resources to identify, interview and select top candidates for store positions

Requirements:

* Male/ Female, with max age 28 years old
* At least bachelor's degree from Psychology from reputable University (GPA 3.00)
* Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
* Good interpersonal as well as communication skill
* Familiar with administration and analyze tools test
* Willing to travel
