We are a well established foreign conglomerate having business interest in Palm Oil Plantations, Breweries, Financial Services and Leisure. PT Agro Harapan Lestari is the managing agent for Groups’ plantations in Indonesia, where the Group has a land bank in excess of 100,000 hectares of plantation and mills in Kalimantan Tengah and Kalimantan Timur.
The business model of Agro Group Plantations evolves around building and expanding sustainable plantation projects in the region focusing on adopting the industry’s best practices and deriving operational excellence. We envision becoming a fully integrated player in the industry value-chain to ensure long term sustenance of our business.
In line with our expansion plans and commitments for growth, we are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic professionals to be based in our Plantations

HR Regional Manager

Responsibilities:

* You will be required to implement HR policies and procedures for all categories of employees in the plantation operating locations with rigorously involved in planning & administering all HR functions and employee welfare activities. You will also embark initiatives in building a performance driven culture and review HR practices in supporting of business strategies keeping abreast of labour laws and industrial relations, liaising with government officials and other relevant authorities as well handling all aspects of public relations with the manpower authorities.

Requirements:

* The ideal candidate should be a self motivator with positive attitude possesses.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management Law/Social Science or a professional qualification in related disciplines.
* Minimum 7 years of managerial experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
* Have experience in handling more than 3000 employees.
* Should have strong in operational, leadership and presentation skills.
* Honest and accustomed to do planning, control and supervision.
* Must be a team player who is committed to Continuous Improvement.
* Excellent report writing and communication skills.
* Must be willing to be located in plantation site (Kalimantan).
