Responsibilities:

* Responsible for recruitment and training activities

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management / Psychology or equivalent.
* Male / Female, max 30 years old
* Required skill(s): Interview, Training Need Analysis.
* Required language(s): English.
* Have good knowledge about Competency Based Human Resource Management
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in recruitment and training (especially from property developer or management).
* Able to use and administer psychological test is a plus
* Willing to be placed at Tangerang
