Currently we are seeking the potential candidates to be part of our team as:
HR Organizational Development Supervisor
Responsibilities:
* In conjunction with and under general direction of HR Manager, to manage and or administer the company's training & organization development programs.
* Liaise with the Head Of Departments, employees, and their representatives to investigate and resolve employee's grievances and develop strategies to prevent the recurrence in order to maintain a productive & harmonious workplace
* Conducting assessment and develop programs on performance management, employee engagement, training need analysis, talent management, succession plan, career path, individual development plan, etc.
* Develop and Supervise the implementation of company's training & development activities including develop, deliver and evaluate the training programs and curriculum so that the know-how, skills, and performance of employees meet the company's current and future requirements.
Requirements:
* Female, single, and maximum 28 years old.
* Bachelor Degree majoring in any field
* Have minimum 5 years in the similar position
* Able to communicate in English is a MUST
