an European company with business activities in engineering services for rotating equipments (steam/ gas turbine), pumps, compressors etc is looking for : A LEGAL OFFICER.
Job responsibilites :
1. Review and analyze commercial contract with clients (Oil & Gas, Power Plant, Fertilizer and Mining companies)
2. Evaluate contract proposal
3. Provide suggestions and/ or legal opinion to any disagreed clauses/ provisions
4. Provide legal opinion of any discrepancies in the contract implementation
5. Other legal aspects of the company
Requirements :
1. Having Law degree
2. Experiences in handling commercial contracts
3. Able to draft commercial contract agreement
4. Experiences in handling commercial contract for Oil & Gas, Power Plant, Fertilizer and Mining companies)
5. Willing to take assignment in Purwakarta/ CIkampek.
6. Good computer skills
7. Fluent in spoken and written English
