Relationship Manager Bali
Responsibilities:
- The incumbent is responsible for growing Premium customer portfolio through proactive relationship sales.
- Roles and Responsibility:
- Serve as the primary frontline liaison with Citibank customers.
- Build the business by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new customers.
- Develop and implement planning of sales activities in order to achieve given targets.
- Assess customer needs and make appropriate product recommendations.
- Assist customers in their financial planning.
- Ensure that current and prospective customers have a consistently superior Citibank experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university and a minimum GPA of 3.00
- 2 5 years' sales work experience, preferably in banking / financial services industry or other high-end products or services
- Familiarity with lifestyle of the affluent market
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Sales and service oriented
- High level of integrity, confidence, persistence, and dedication
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Self-driven, eager to learn and a strong need for achievement
