Relationship Manager – Bali

Responsibilities:

  • The incumbent is responsible for growing Premium customer portfolio through proactive relationship sales.
  • Roles and Responsibility:
    • Serve as the primary frontline liaison with Citibank customers.
    • Build the business by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new customers.
    • Develop and implement planning of sales activities in order to achieve given targets.
    • Assess customer needs and make appropriate product recommendations.
    • Assist customers in their financial planning.
    • Ensure that current and prospective customers have a consistently superior Citibank experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university and a minimum GPA of 3.00
  • 2 – 5 years' sales work experience, preferably in banking / financial services industry or other high-end products or services
  • Familiarity with lifestyle of the affluent market
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Sales and service oriented
  • High level of integrity, confidence, persistence, and dedication
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Self-driven, eager to learn and a strong need for achievement
