Requirements
-Male/female, max of age 35 years old (1,2,3)
-Bachelor/Master Degree from reputable Academy/University majoring Business or Management (1), Economic or Marketing (2), Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or Architecture (3)
-Experienced in the same position at least 3 years (1,2,3)
-Fluent in English both written and spoken is a must for daily communication with overseas parties. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus (1,2,3)
-Excellent in computer skill. Highly computer literate in Microsoft Office and CAD Software (3)
-Having experience in Finance and Investment, Cash Flow Management, banking, leasing, L/C Application, payment process in general (1)
-Able to manage company cash flow, taxation and banking (2)
-Strong communication and negotiation skill (2)
-Having experience in dealing with supplier, civil contractor and consultant (2)
-Having experience in property agency or consultant min 3 years (2,3)
-Min 3 years previous experience in construction project management and building maintenance (30
-Able to take responsibilities seriously, work under pressure, hardworking & result oriented, strong leadership skill as well as being an active team member.(1,2,3)
